What is it about?

This is the podcast of gourmet initiatives in the heart of the city... when the city proves that it can produce good, well-made food!

 

Meetings with the actors of tomorrow, these initiators of ultra-local, these instillers of positive and common sense actions, these shapers of urban tastes, who were not predestined to become farmers, cheesemakers or distillers.

Also meet their products… we’ll have to taste them, and I’m delighted about that!!!

 

If self-sufficiency in the city is not for now, change has begun and inspires vocations. And maybe even the day after tomorrow, it will be you, or me, who will produce shiitakes in the heart of Bordeaux, Marseille, Quebec, Montreal or Lisbon.

 

Products and producers who are then brought together around a large table, for a meal and raw and wild cuisine, which expresses the terroir and connects people.

In order to discover an urban terroir, give meaning to the city, make it tasty, bring soul to a meal, and share human stories.
