Journalist & Sommelier
A food journalist , I notably accompanied the weekly adventure of "Carnets de Julie" for about ten years as editor-in-chief and director. A show dedicated to the culinary terroir of France. I notably had the pleasure of producing a show entirely dedicated to the Wine Route , meeting winemakers in different regions and discovering recipes that showcase different vintages. At the same time, and now settled in Quebec, I decided to train as a Sommelier at the École des métiers de la restauration et du tourisme in Montreal, to meet Quebec winemakers and share their gems with you.

IGP Vins du Québec since 2018, 7 wine regions, more than 1000 hectares of vines, approximately 3 million bottles per year, and a little over 300 producers, the sector is developing and thriving for the pleasure of our taste buds.
